Platform 9 Restaurant, Lounge & Bar

Our signature Restaurant “Platform 9” features an extensive range of Modern Australian and International dishes designed by our Executive Chef, Ian Garrett.

However, Platform 9 is not just a restaurant.  While we are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, we also offer café style coffees and cakes through out the day.  So whether you require a five star a-la-carte dinner or just want to pop in for coffee with friends, Platform 9 is the place to be seen!

Adjoining the main restaurant is a stylish lounge and bar, perfect for drinks after work, entertaining clients or pre-dinner drinks.

Platform Nine is open to the public and to hotel guests.
